Demand to File Notice

If you receive a Demand to File Notice then you are being compelled by law to file, and there is no way around this. This notice is only received when you fail to file for a number of years and for a number of reasons. The Demand to File Notice is the CRA’s way of asking for specific periods of unpaid tax returns.
